Antonio “TONY BONZ” Jefferson is a self-taught, award-winning actor, writer, director, cinematographer, and editor, and co-founder of Love Star Entertainment, LLC. A true multidisciplinary creative, Antonio began his artistic journey producing, writing, and performing R&B music at an early age. His transition into film came unexpectedly when a friend invited him to co-star in a local film festival project. After the film won first place, he was inspired to pursue acting in film and television—an experience that would ultimately shape his career.

Alongside his wife, Apral Smith-Jefferson, Antonio co-founded Love Star Entertainment in Baltimore, Maryland, building the company on a shared commitment to purposeful storytelling and creative excellence. His hands-on leadership and relentless drive for quality have helped define the company’s creative direction and production standards.

Antonio wrote, produced, directed, edited, and starred in Purpose, Love Star Entertainment’s first full-length feature film. Since then, the company has grown to include more than 20 feature films and series streaming across multiple platforms. Antonio has served as cinematographer, director, and editor on each of these projects, while also acting in and writing the majority of the company’s films.

His expertise spans every stage of production, including visual storytelling, lighting design, sound, casting, staging, post-production, and the company's strategic planning. Known for his character-driven approach and technical precision, Antonio has helped position Love Star Entertainment as a dynamic force in independent filmmaking.

Now coming full circle, TONY BONZ is returning to his musical roots with a forthcoming soulful R&B album— Street Love — an artistic evolution that honors the timeless authenticity and emotional depth of true R&B while reflecting his growth as a storyteller across mediums.
